Code blocks menu is disabled, reinstall doesn't help

I've followed installation instructions and can see the new Code Block menu item, but it's always disabled. Reinstall didn't help.

Please add hash param as suggested in the change. There is no way of using anything except SHA256, since this is a default in HMAC. That creates issues for keys...

Broken: takes any 2FA code as valid

Very easy to reproduce: type in any code and it will be accepted. I'm on WP 6.2.2
