Failed to get followers count of 'b'username'' ~empty list

Think issue related to latest Instagram's upgrade - even in app need to confirm by selfie-photo what account is really yours. Otherwise no possible to login into app

Copy of [AIRFLOW-5071] JIRA: Thousands of Executor reports task instance X finished (success) although the task says its queued. Was the task killed externally?

Same here with Airflow 2.0.1
