For those who are late to the party (the artifacts from https://github.com/DFHack/dfhack/issues/1742#issuecomment-753686518 unfortunately appear to have expired): [this](https://rubies.travis-ci.org/osx/11.2/x86_64/ruby-2.7.3) prebuilt Ruby 2.7.3 binary from [rubies.travis-ci.org](https://rubies.travis-ci.org) seems to be working for me...
