Hi! easyeffects already has rnnoise, but I prefer the results I get with [noise-repellent](https://github.com/lucianodato/noise-repellent) so I would really like to see it available in easyeffects if possible.

This is a change I made during an AOC that greatly improved performance and otherwise works just like it did with the list.

**Describe the bug** I’ve been checking if our dependencies are ready for Python 3.13 before the release tomorrow and found that edgedb fails to build on Python 3.13 (currently 3.13.0rc3)....
