Chrome 41 / FF 37 on Windows. I am seeing the issue when trying the transitions on your demo site.
Only inline transition has the scroll-bar now both for FF and Chrome on windows. Sorry for the delayed response.
So when the page initially loads, the scrollbar (inline) is not visible. But once I execute any of the transitions it is visible after that. I would upload a picture...
