beacon chain is using BLS signature algorithm, You can not using this for it.
you need to start more party to generate party[0]'s waiting msg, or it will keep waiting for the other parties msgs.

this is ok in xcode.10.1, we just found this problem,
both these two functions of sanitycheck and precondition are use to check the data , so , you can use other funtions to instead, or just comment these check code,,,.

I think It is safe, if you code is allow to keep the connect of different nodes.
the lib only has local test. You need to build network connection module or code , then connect the logic with the party update.
