ZenEditor_get_syntax fix

This fixes #15

Using the plugin for css files

`ZenEditor_get_syntax()` always returns 'html', so I cannot use the plugin for css files, see [https://github.com/codebrainz/geany-zencoding/blob/master/src/zen-editor.c#L637](https://github.com/codebrainz/geany-zencoding/blob/master/src/zen-editor.c#L637)
