Hi Yesterday I decide to start from scratch: I did remove all my containers and images - Git pull - and reinstall. Then it did work.

OK I can confirm - all are addresses that belong to the mac address table - somehow 06: is prepended to it ( my bad I was comparing mac address...
@fenner - THank you for the clear explanation. So the 06 at each head of MAC is just here to indicate the the next 6 octets are the MAC itself...
So are we stuck? Is there any solution that we can think about ?
