If you go to the Stage view, find a file that has enough changes to enable scrolling, then scroll.  The title bar scrolls away from the top....
This fixes the issue but unfortunately breaks the scroll bounce. Maybe someone who is better at CSS can find a better way.
Apple Terminal is launched however it opens in my home directory instead of the repository's. Verified that it works fine with Terminal set to use bash. OSX 10.10.1
