Do you have python3-cheetah and python-cheetah installed?

Can you check /var/log/wok/wok-error.log to better understand the problem? I suspect it is something related to issue [1318](https://github.com/kimchi-project/kimchi/issues/1318)

Yep, that is another problem with ubuntu 20 :) All should be fixed with the next release. If you are on a headless machine, see[ here](https://github.com/kimchi-project/kimchi/issues/1323#issuecomment-698899455) for a temporary workaround.

This is do to the fact that cherrypy has changed. See the solution [HERE](https://github.com/kimchi-project/kimchi/issues/1318) or wait for the new release that should fix this incompatibility
