git_diff_commit not picking up changes

I have to investigate this but have lack of time. For now I advice to just skip those settings and just upload without git_diff... It will just delete all files...

Unable to install Azure CLI on Windows without admin access to machine

Please fix the installer to not require admin rights. :-) This is a major difference compared to the "classic CLI".
