Same problem. Same OS. I tried using several python versions 3.7-3.10, to no avail.

I browse through the packages mentioned in the error. It seems lookatme is GNU/Linux strictly since [urwid](https://pypi.org/project/urwid/) uses a module called [fcntl](https://docs.python.org/3/library/fcntl.html).

Cannot Delete Files

Same exact issue, trying to delete multiple files or any directory leads to unresponsive explorer.exe. Restarting fixes it.

This issue persists in RetroArch 1.20. Tested it on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2. Using Gulikit KK2 Pro NS09 Controller.
