When using fixed_rows & filtering with a horizontal scroll bar, if a filter returns no values you can't scroll back

As of dash-table 4.7.0 and dash 1.12, the header doesn't scroll horizontally *at all* when fixed_rows is true. I guess the documentation pages are running these versions, since this bug...
