I'd be happy to work on this - I've checked [Ingram 2016](https://academic.oup.com/mnras/article/461/2/1967/2608396) and they do say that the equation from [Ingram 2015](https://academic.oup.com/mnras/article/446/4/3516/2892860) is incorrect.
