"open in new window" and "add to project" are missing from open-url of a folder. OSX I used these a LOT! I see there's new settings options commented out intended...

Allow the user to specify a default action when executing open_url on paths with specific extensions. Like auto-open .txt files without a action menu prompt. I implemented this awhile back...

I had implemented "new window" as a menu choice on opening a file. This would open a new window with the folder of the file added and the specific file...

Port "select_url" command

Add a new command like "select_url" (or "copy_url") that will highlight the URL using the same pattern matching, and then copy it to the clipboard, preferably with ctrl+shift+u on OSX...

It's helpful to see what the story ID is that was newly created to be able to do other things with it, like open it next.
