If anyone interested he could try to use my own docker image on https://hub.docker.com/r/nmingazov/labelme/ . I would be glad if anyone will provide feedback about that environment.

@cancan101 unfortunately I didn't use Dockerfile to make this image, commiting changes instead. Don't really know if I should produce one because in my version there are still few incorrect...
