Looks like [line #17 of `centos.yml` within `conversion_host_content`](https://github.com/os-migrate/os-migrate/blob/93d1a7d7dc7ea0e44fb4df4bcfb559bc96784d3e/os_migrate/roles/conversion_host_content/tasks/centos.yml#L17) needs an update; in CentOS 9, the package is simply `guestfs-tools`, not `libguestfs-tools`. I'll gladly contribute this change, if someone would like...
