sequelize: when used with postgres instrumentation, context is not propogated

### Set up An application using sequelize over postgres. Opentelemetry setup using [instrumentation-sequelize](https://github.com/aspecto-io/opentelemetry-ext-js/tree/master/packages/instrumentation-sequelize) and [instrumentation-pg](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib/tree/main/plugins/node/opentelemetry-instrumentation-pg). ### Expected behavior Have the sequelize span as the parent of postgres span
