that I'm aware of and that's the issue, the colors already there are only so effective, it would be better to change the colors indivisually
im also having the same issue, i just thought it was with one game, but it seems just any game using the GBA core causes it. i use a macbook...
i mean... all you would need to do is just copy the save state and transfer it to the other device.
