After ManagedIdentityCredential GA, update docs.microsoft.com to include C++ sample.

@RickWinter @antkmsft Any idea when the docs will be updated? Or when MangedIdentityCredential changes will be available with SDK? Even if the docs will be updated later on, a snippet...

splitOn can't handle NULL value

Any update on this? Is this going to be fixed in the near future release? The OP started this thread in 2015.
