Chats often show the unread message counter, is it related to reactions?

Can I ask reproduce steps for this?

Add margin to the right of the chat the same size of the sidebar in 1on1s

Not possible to see all reactions

When hovering, will show all people who react the same icon. The issue is that the number of people greater than 20. so the tooltip will not have enough place...
