fix constraint outOfBoundsClass and pinnedClass

Presently `outOfBoundsClass` and `pinnedClass` are ignored. This PR fixes that.

It's great, that styled-components now provide its own types. However I believe, there's a regression in comparison to [@types/styled-components](https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/master/types/styled-components).
