`eksctl update addon` with `version: latest` and `useDefaultPodIdentityAssociations` fails

Still an issue with eksctl version: 0.208.0-dev [Workaround](https://github.com/eksctl-io/eksctl/issues/7841#issuecomment-2721080072) with full vpc-cni version works for me.

feat(codegen/golang): Allow exporting models to a different package

I need this feature. Can't use without. Please.
