Here patch for Razer BlackWidow 2019 (`en_US` layout only). Advanced effect for `Space`, `Right ALT`, and `Razer Logo` is now working properly for this keyboard.

Hi, how do I output log to file? I see there is an option to set in https://github.com/CaliDog/certstream-server/blob/master/config/config.exs#L10, but I don't know to change `:console` to file. Thank you.

This patch will allow [minted](https://ctan.org/pkg/minted?lang=en) environment to be properly marked up. However, I haven't test this patch with `verbatim` and `listings` environments.
