LRIT Runtime Error in goesproc

Another instance here around 13:00 Pacific. Seems like nearly (if not exactly), 4hrs apart. So perhaps some new scheduled data is coming off the satellite that's not being handled well.

Apologies for the delay. I've compiled and am running the new version. The issue was relatively infrequent to begin with, but I'll update if there's any issues.

Support non-DMA DRAM & fix create_elf bugs
