Document all existing features on read the docs.

Show a table instead of just one country, so all countries can be checked. Most often people are curious rather than looking for specific information.

Currently, we're taking the latest year available for each country. Need to show the years that's used to calculate along with the results.

Press the delete button deletes an entry without a confirmation or warning. Add a javascript prompt box that asks for confirmation before deletion.
