Can't you use the SkipHosts parameter in the conf file?
I have used the attached patch for a long time, to overcome that problem [include.txt](https://github.com/eldy/awstats/files/155230/include.txt)
But that objrct is missing from the SMIv2 MIB found in the v2 directory :-(
