Were you ever able to sort this out? Seem the MenuSettings don't work at all or perhaps there's a counterintuitive way to apply them?

Have you guys had any luck with this? Can't get anything out of customer support...

Definitely dead now that we can't expect Akamai to deal with any of these things.

FYI that is only the first error you'll run into while trying to use Mysql. There are others that will pop up later. Might as well use PG.
