macOS signing/notarization no longer valid

The docs [here](https://crawler.siteone.io/getting-started/quick-start-guide/) say that the DMG is signed but when attempting to run:

Admin UI CACHE_AUTO_PURGE no longer working due to Cache-Control request header being `no-cache` instead of `no-store`

### Describe the Bug When you have `CACHE_ENABLED` / `CACHE_AUTO_PURGE` set, navigating the admin UI should purge/ignore cache. It looks like this previously relied on the request header `no-store`: https://github.com/directus/directus/pull/6355/files...
