NPS对上网环境有要求吗？

我用公网VPS搭建好NPS服务器，按教程设置好客户端，然后通过复制启动命令启动本地NPC，出现这个  一直是 i/o timeout 这个是我连公司的网络时，会出现 但是当我连接手机分享的热点时，我再通过命令运行NPC，出现了successful  当我再次切换回公司网络时，又出现  这是怎么回事儿？还与本身的网络有关系吗？
