Hm I unfortunately don't have windows so I can't reproduce :( I'd expect something is wrong with the include path? This would be the c-eldoc-includes variable
I'd happily accept a patch - I'm pretty busy(and not coding in c)these days so won't get to this soon.
Yeah, I suspect this is going to be due to running the preprocessor. Fixing this would be tons of work.
