Does TiDB support ipv6 now？

I think we should resolve that it takes a lot of time(several hours) to generate config, rather than provide a flag to ignore it

RFC: Separate Component Version in Cluster

On TiDB v6.3.0, we will just make TiDB-Dashboard use the same version as TiDB. This RFC will not be implement recently.

With a tls enabled cluster got bad certificate error

Could you reproduce it without upgrade cluster or enable TLS before deploy

When scale-in a node by tiup, the dashboard still retains the information of the node
