Roger lots of small change heading back to trunk. Most of it dormant until the whole thing is in place. Makes total sense.

Align to OTP 24

Is it possible to get this change merged? Working through some learning materials and this is a blocker for a few people.

Requiring Microsoft.ServiceFabric.Actors 2.4.164 raises warnings for later SF library versions

I've raised a [PR](https://github.com/autofac/Autofac.ServiceFabric/pull/22) which I hope addresses this problem.
