由于不能知道full sync完成的时候的oplog的位置， 可能会存在oplog已经 写入 snapshot，并且再次做增量同步时候，再次写入oplog的bug。 

作者你好，目前好像不支持es的账号密码，我已经修改了代码，希望能够提交一个PR.  

不能修改url，只能修改请求头。
