Failure of `az containerapp connection create postgres` with `'Namespace' object has no attribute 'opt_out_list'`

I am having similar issues on `az spring connection list ...` command as well. I was able to create a connection, but cannot `list` or `show` - also on `az`...

I want to run this locally with my LLM, such as Ollama.

First of all - Marcus - thanks for putting this demo application - I loved it! It makes an exciting demo of technologies! I agree with @ygoron360 - probably best...
