Currently `faye-rails` depends on `faye` v.1.1.2 which has a critical issue faye/faye#295 which could be used for DoS attack.

Looks like combohandler doesn't serves binary files (images for example) properly, even though proper mime-type is provided via config. I.E. images are served broken due to pollution of original file....
Is subj possible, using rjr? Using example from README.md it is impossible to bind both transports on the same port.
