I'm wrong. Your latest update doesn't fix the issue. immediate_watcher was renamed to recommended_watcher in notify [here](https://github.com/notify-rs/notify/commit/1600b5329a748835aaed99908552faf1ea8d2493#diff-b1a35a68f14e696205874893c07fd24fdb88882b47c23cc0e0c80a30c7d53759L203). PR coming soon.

Wrong mime type

Part of that is intended: I don't want the CSS to impact the live rendered HTML unless you enable impatient-mode on the CSS explicitly. Not intended: Mime-types causing browser confusion....

Question: can a custom filter determine whether the page will be updated or not?

@egarrulo, patches welcome. There's no implementation of what you suggest right now. Such an implementation would probably need to live in imp--send-state and could be based on the return value...
