Chord/modeshifts or simultaneous inputs don't work across JoyCons

[This Commit](https://github.com/JibbSmart/JoyShockMapper/commit/2991fc7f98e4149cc99465411eaeca98d160f63e) reads like it was meant to fix this issue, but this issue seems to still be present in 2.1.0. Is this a regression or simply not yet addressed?
