cocoapods.org point to missing 0.9.13 release

There 0.9.13 podspec is available, but there's [no such tag](https://github.com/KrauseFx/TSMessages/tags) :crying_cat_face:

Export/access readable Warp config file

Bump. Would love a one click (or one command!) transfer/copy/restore to or from another machine. I thought that's why I had to sign up for Warp in the first place?...
