[Problem]: Possible confusion between "pipe" and "PipeWire" backends?

### What happened? Can stream to shairport fine but there is no volume output when using pipewire. when output_backend is set to alsa I can't even stream to shairport. ###...

I've been follow this guide and a few other and have gotten the startup script to work however the gpu doesn't seem to be getting passed through to the VM....
