To add to things, I recreated API request using Postman and it was successful - it returned my ID and access_token.

Something went wrong when trying to open Settings window

Exactly same issue for me, restarted multiple times, run fig login, fig doctor shows no issues. Same hardware as @thomasverleye it would appear, macOS 12.4.0.
