Adding options using selectr.add() do not work on ipad/native drop down

When I use `selector.add({ value: "some-value", text: "Some Text" });` The selectr option do not show any option in ipad (Mac/Chrome).

Added removeAll function

Hi @MLaritz I have added `removeAll();` function to remove the notification via js function.

This is not an issue per say but a showcase thread. I am currently using it on [navjinderism.com](https://navjinderism.com/). Thanks to the author for creating this library.
