[BUG] Pasted text repeatedly truncated mid-word when pasting long content into chat

- I am on 2.0.61, still broken - Windows 11 - Happens in both PowerShell AND CMD (rules out terminal-specific cause) - Truncates even small text, not just 200-400 words...
