Same here. Generally this issue comes when services are under heavy load and hence reproducing is not always possible.
Same thing do work if you are running query directly on connection. Edit: This is also failing, had an issue with script.
With embedded replica support, some work has been done here https://github.com/lincolnloop/django-libsql but it is not usable or complete. If you dont need embedded replica, have you tried using libsql-python client...
