Just came here to say this would be useful to me as well when conducting recursive branch exploration to prove basic blocks and identify compounded opaque predicates.
The below log from classic TBC shows that intermediate points for Z correction ARE needed. Note that the 0.25 increments in the delta Z values are due to spline point...
Probably a good first step for this would be to create an abstract interface "provider", and then instantiate that template with the existing code. This would give a good blueprint...

Can you try the [2.1 release](https://github.com/namreeb/nampower/releases/tag/2.1) and see if there is any improvement? The last release is an untested contribution from another user.
You can NOT be feared or blink on to or off of a transport on classic
The only elevator I can find that you can blink on to is the bottom of the Undercity elevator. I think this is because you're actually blinking onto the ground...
