skin.ini page still labels the Name and Author commands as unused

The Name and Author entries are still labelled as Unused as it does nothing in stable, yet these values are used in lazer.

Icons for Tricolor Sprite, Overdrive, and Dominant Harmony are missing

Upon sorting cards by skills, icons are missing for the skills mentioned in the title.
