Was anyone to resolve the issue ? I'm trying to simulate an incoming call to open a matching contact, but the CTI component goes blank with DOMExceptions in the browser...

Url's can be different if you're doing this in a Sandbox. A good way to find the Remote site url is to go to the **Custom Metadata Loader** VF page...
