Make caching respect transcoding options

I am also seeing this issue on my side. I run a [Navidrome](https://github.com/navidrome/navidrome) server and I see when caching it downloads the original quality file which for me is FLAC...

I've been experiencing this issue for a few months now, and even uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix it.

Not logged in, can't log in or out
