This upgrades the Gradle wrapper to v6.8.3 and Vaadin to v8.7.1 (along with a number of other dependency version upgrades) to allow building under Java 11.

Opening this issue as a consolidation of [issues/8](https://github.com/mzipay/Autologging/issues/8) and [issues/10](https://github.com/mzipay/Autologging/issues/10).
