Having a similar issue, both `mongo` and `proxy` networks are external. Sometimes the containers will be attached to the `mongo` network, sometimes they will not. It is a bizarre behavior....

Try ignoring the venv folder if you have one, for example ``` pipreqs --ignore .venv,venv ```
I tested this functionality using a custom image, and wow! Not only did it reduce the load, but it also significantly sped up the reduction in overall number of PRs....
